Laurel Hall recognizes the importance of providing students with all the tools required to prepare them for whatever the twenty-first century may offer. In weekly computer classes, K-8 students are learning to use the latest technology to reinforce basic subjects, and to complete projects relating to their classroom curriculum. The Technology Coordinator works in a unique program that incorporates a broad range of computer skills.
The Media Center is an integral part of Laurel Hall's commitment to the use of technology. It is an academic resource center that consists of a network of 30 multimedia computers with Internet access and audiovisual equipment.
Laurel Hall also has a library containing more than 11,000 print volumes available for student, teacher and parent use. Elementary students have weekly classes in the library where there is a major focus on research skills.
